The focus of the Move, Say, & Play groups is on the development of critical skills for success in daily activities. Through play, conversation, and crafts, this social skills group for kids targets many skills, including appropriate peer interactions, taking turns, social language skills, accepting consequences, following directions, spatial awareness, fine motor skills, and problem-solving. We begin new sessions of our Move, Say, & Play groups in January.
The winter groups will be held for eight weeks on Thursdays from January 11th through February 29th. The groups will be led by an occupational therapist and a speech therapist. The exact age or grades of the participants will depend on interest.
Our billing company, Avosina Medical Technologies, will not be submitting claims on your behalf for group sessions. However, we will provide documentation for FSA if needed.
